Sculpted human figures cling to and emerge from the urn: one semi-reclining figure wraps around the upper rim with an arm extended upward, another figure hangs from the side with legs dangling, and a seated robed figure rests at the pedestal with a contemplative expression and folded hands. The surface of the urn is smooth and rounded with a scalloped rim on top. The background is dark with faint floral and bird-like shapes. The photograph has a warm sepia tone and a light border surrounding the image.
