The facade features heavy columns wrapped with banded patterns and rounded elements, carved foliage motifs, and a central crest with an anchor motif surrounded by decorative garlands. A draped curtain hangs under the arch, edged with tassels and rope trim, partially revealing a covered cart or wagon and crates inside the space beyond. The floor in front of the entrance appears unfinished and scattered with small debris, and the surrounding interior shows metal roof trusses and large windows letting light into the hall.
