Several uniformed men stand and walk along the aisle, and a person in a white coat is visible further back. Sculptural architectural elements and ornamental finials rise above some booths, and an object resembling a propeller or crossed beams hangs suspended near the center. Flags and striped banners hang from the ceiling and from some displays, and stacks of goods and shelving appear within many of the booths. The overall scene has a sepia-toned photographic appearance with detailed ironwork and patterned rooftops on the exhibition structures.
