The leftmost portrait depicts a young man in a suit and patterned tie turned to his right with his left hand tucked inside his jacket and a serious expression. The second portrait shows an older man with a balding head and wild hair at the sides, a full beard, and a dark velvety coat, facing left with his mouth slightly open and fists near his sides. The third portrait features the same older man in the same dark coat, facing forward with his head tilted and one hand extended palm up while the other rests near his side. The rightmost portrait shows the older man again, standing in a narrower frame, leaning slightly and holding his hands out with palms up. The page has faint stains and fold lines across the background.
