The left bank shows low grassy edges, a wooden railing or fence near the foreground, and additional trees and small structures receding into the distance. A distant windmill silhouette is visible on the horizon where the waterway narrows, and the sky above is largely clear. The image is bordered by a light margin and has printed material below the photograph.
