In the foreground there is uneven ground with sparse grass and patches of bare soil. To the right a large stone wall has a rounded archway and a rectangular window opening, and below it a smaller arched doorway with a metal gate. Near the center an ornate set of window tracery remains intact beneath a crumbling upper wall, and ivy grows over parts of the masonry. To the left the remnants of another wall with a pointed arch and a small tower-like structure rise above dense shrubs and trees. The sky above is pale and mostly empty.
