The lower scene depicts chariots with horses in motion and figures standing or seated within the chariots, some with raised arms and draped garments, while the upper band shows additional figures and horses in a narrower frieze. The stone block has a darker, roughened area on one vertical end and a lighter surrounding background. The carving surfaces show textured, worn details and varying depths of relief.
