Below the title is a smaller line of text in a lighter serif style, followed by a prominent wide word in heavy uppercase letters centered on the page. Additional short lines of varying serif type appear beneath this, including one centered name with spaced letters and a small ornamental divider. The lower half of the page is filled with dense paragraphs of smaller serif text forming a block that extends almost to the bottom border, with uniform margins on both sides. The paper has a slightly aged, off-white tone with occasional small specks and faint marks.
