A bearded, seated male figure with a draped cloth over his lap sits on a cloud next to a standing winged figure wearing a winged helmet and holding a staff entwined with serpents. An eagle perches on the cloud in front of them. To the right a seated female figure in flowing drapery sits in a small ornate chariot with a wheel partially visible. To the left two robed figures stand in another small chariot and a partially nude male figure on the ground raises an arm holding a long trumpet or rod toward the sky. The scene is rendered with crosshatching and line work, with layered clouds filling the upper half and a calm sea and rocky shore visible below.
