Numbered twice lower left: 7., printmaker: Agostino Veneziano, Italy, after design by Michiel Coxie (I), 1500 - c. 1536, paper, engraving, intaglio printmaking technique, engraving with plate tone, height 196 mm x width 234 mm, An interior scene rendered in fine linework shows several nude women in various seated and standing poses around a central ornate vessel and smaller basins, with one woman standing near a circular tub and another seated on a low bench drying or arranging her hair while a third kneels holding a dish, their hair and drapery detailed with flowing lines; the room features arched windows with patterned panes on one wall and a tall cylindrical structure with square panels against another wall, recessed arches containing a decorative pitcher, paneled walls and a coffered ceiling, and in the background a doorway opens to a smaller chamber where a draped reclining figure lies on a bed.
