Several seated and standing figures wear robes and head coverings, some with circular halos above their heads, and one older bearded man stands near the center gesturing with his hand. A seated figure at left holds and inspects a long piece of cloth or drapery, while nearby a figure leans forward with hands near the fabric. Shelves and assorted wooden tools and boards fill the background, including stacked planks and a large wheellike frame propped against the wall. On the right, two younger figures, one standing and one kneeling, interact as the standing child holds an object up toward the older figures; an apron or drapery and a small dish or basket appear on the floor beside them. Decorative floral elements lie on the floor in the foreground and various small objects rest on a workbench behind the group.
