At the center, a winged figure in flowing garments stands with an outstretched arm toward a kneeling figure who holds a rolled scroll. To the right, an elderly bearded man sits writing at a sloped desk while a seated woman nearby looks down toward papers. Behind them stand three standing figures, one holding a tall cross-like staff. A crown lies on the ground near the foreground beside a heavy draped cloth, and a carved lion's head adorns the edge of the desk. The scene is rendered with fine line work and shading, showing folds of fabric, architectural details, and textured
