Loosjes, 4 vols., 1816-40., Person, Adam Silo, Cornelis Pronk, Jacobus Buys, A detailed engraved portrait shows three men with powdered, curled hair and period clothing; the largest figure is centered near the top wearing a broad-brimmed hat and a coat with visible buttons, his face turned slightly forward with a neutral expression and tightly curled hair framing his cheeks. Below him and to the left is a younger-looking man with smooth, curled hair, a high collar, and a composed expression, his shoulders draped in a coat with fine linear shading. To the right and slightly lower is a man wearing a cap with a folded brim and a textured garment with loose, ribbon-like elements, his hair curled and falling to his shoulders and his face set forward. The background is filled with horizontal and wavy fine lines, and the entire image is rendered in intricate hatched and dotted engraving strokes.
