The façade features rectangular windows set into brickwork with stone trim, a decorative cornice running along the roofline, and ornate capitals on the columns. A lamppost stands on the pavement near the steps, and a solitary person wearing a light-colored dress and apron is standing in front of the building. Sparse trees and a low fence are visible along the building's base, and the foreground shows a cobblestone street. The image has an overall sepia tone and some visible surface blemishes.
