At the top center is a large rectangular header with bold ornate lettering flanked by thin horizontal rules and small stacked rectangular text blocks. Below and to the left is an illustrated panel featuring a muscular figure pouring liquid from a large tilted container into a spherical vessel with textured shading and bold strokes, all enclosed by a thick bordered frame. To the right of that is an ornate panel with floral embellishments, oval and rectangular framed photographs or illustrations of buildings and a smokestack, and stylized banner elements. Towards the bottom center is a wide bold headline area with large block letters and horizontal dividing rules, and on either side near the lower corners are circular vignettes framed with ornamental corners depicting landscape scenes with trees and water. The overall page uses black ink on a cream background with varied typographic weights, decorative motifs, and framed illustrations.
