The upper portion features a central decorative crest with a sculpted animal relief topped by a rounded ornament and flanked by finials. Below the crest is a recessed niche containing a standing statue draped in flowing garments, holding scales. The facade shows pilasters, carved capitals, and shell-shaped motifs above arched panels, with visible rooflines and portions of adjacent brick walls and roof tiles on either side. The image has a worn, aged appearance with areas of uneven exposure.
