Together with four other series, it forms the large series: 'Il nuovo teatro di Roma moderna'., coat of arms (symbol of sovereignty), A detailed engraved architectural scene shows a large ornate stone pedestal with a decorative cartouche at its center, featuring scrollwork, shell motifs, and stylized foliage. Flanking the cartouche are two large sculpted volutes that resemble acanthus leaves, each resting on elaborately carved bases. Above the cartouche a wide triangular pediment tops the central structure, and behind it a curved colonnaded gallery with balustrades and paired columns sweeps to either side. Tall slender trees rise behind the balustrade, and clouds are visible in the sky. In front of the pedestal a large unfurled scroll rests on the base, its surface covered in dense cursive engraving. Doorways and archways open into the curved colonnade on both sides, showing additional interior architectural details and framed panels with star-shaped rosettes.
