Obverse: bust of Chosroes II right, wearing a crown decorated with two wings, a crescent and a star; left of crown a star, right a star in a crescent; beads on the neck and a central triangle of three dots; two ribbons behind the crown; double pearl border; behind the border at the bottom and on both sides a crescent with a star; Pahlavi legend. Reverse: fire altar; to the left the ruler facing forward with a sword in his hand; to the right a priest facing forward holding a sword; top left a star, top right a crescent; signs/monograms on both sides; triple pearl border; beyond it four crescents with stars; Pahlavi legend.
