Bust of Faustina II in drapery to the right, inscription 'DIVA FAVSTINA PIA' around. Reverse: rectangular altar with a pair of doors and a finial in the form of horns, legend 'CONSVL RATIO' (partial) around. After 176, Roman Empire (27 BC–476), Rome. Coin: diameter 16.5–18.0 mm, weight 2.60 g, axis 180°.
