Denarius of Faustina the Younger (ca. 130–176; Roman empress 161–176) issued under Marcus Aurelius (121–180; Roman emperor 161–180). Obverse: draped bust of Faustina II facing right, legend 'FAVSTINA AVGVSTA'. Reverse: draped throne (pulvinar) on which two children—twins Commodus and Antoninus—are seated, legend 'SAECVLI FELICIT'. Iconography: pulvinar with two children, thrones. Date: 161–176. Roman Empire, Rome. Coin: silver denarius, diameter 18.0 mm, weight 2.48 g, axis 180°.
