Denarius, posthumous issue for Faustina the Elder (98–141; Roman empress 138–141); issuer Antoninus Pius (86–161; Roman emperor 138–161). Obverse: bust of Faustina I draped and veiled, facing right, legend DIVA FAVSTINA circumferential. Reverse: Fortuna veiled, standing left, holding a globe in her outstretched right hand and a rudder in her left, legend AETER·NITAS (AETER-NITAS) circumferential. After 141 CE, Roman Empire (27 BCE–476 CE), Rome. Coin: diameter 17.0–19.0 mm, weight 3.20 g, axis 180°.
