Obv.: Silesian eagle within a pearl-shaped rim with a halo, with the coat of arms of Zloty Potok/Olesnica/Podebradowicz in the centre; left of the eagle the date 1616; right of the eagle a HT ligature. Rev.: within a pearl-shaped rim, under a crown, a five-field coat of arms of the Duchy of Ziebice-Olesnica (two Silesian fields, a chessboard, diagonal stripes and, in the heart field, horizontal stripes; Silesia and the diagonal and horizontal stripes also represent the coat of arms of Zloty Stok).
