The bishop, identified as St. Adalbert, wears liturgical vestments, holds a crosier in his left hand and rests his right hand on the prince's head. Linear rim inscription +BLAV. Romanesque style, Middle Ages. Iconography: kneeling prince, gesture of protection, crosier, martyrs. Attributed to Boleslaw III Wrymouth (Prince of Poland; 1086–1138 / 1107–1138).
