In a pearl border, on the left facing right, a kneeling prince shown in profile with hands outstretched toward a bishop standing before him. The bishop, dressed in the liturgical vestments of St. Wojciech, holds a crosier in his left hand while his right hand rests on the prince's head — gesture of protection. Around the rim, in a linear border, inscription +BOLEZLAV. Date: 1135–1138. Poland (Gniezno/Kraków). Coin (bracteate). Diameter 26.8–27.6 mm; weight 0.56 g.
