Reverse: Inscription in five lines around the rim, date separated by a shield with the coat of arms of Gdansk: .III./ ROSS.AR/ RIP CIVI/GEDANEN/.15-39. 1539. Polish coin, Jagiellons dynasty; city coat of arms (Gdansk), royal/male bust iconography. Diameter 21.0–21.5 mm; weight 2.75 g.
