Inscription: 'KWIT No. 8318 citizen Napiórkowska submitted pursuant to Government regulation of 8 April 1863, Zloty 60, Clearly Polish Zlotys, Sixty. on 3 June 1863.' On the reverse, an ink seal of the National Government with a bipartite coat of arms. 1863, Poland. Security/receipt. Dimensions: 97.5 × 68 mm.
