Iconography: busts — male busts in armour; male portraits facing right; busts of a ruler with a bare head; portraits in ceremonial armour. Obverse: male bust facing right with beard and sideburns, in armour, ruff and cloak fastened at the shoulder; in the rim between the pearl borders an inscription separated by the value digit (3) +MEMOR.IO, RID. - DVCIS.SLE.LEG.BREG. Reverse: in a double pearl border an inscription in five lines, arabesques at top and bottom PLACIDIS/OBIIT.AN.M./DCII.M.MART/DIE.XXV.HO/RAV., .PM, 1602.
