Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (king of Poland; 1506–1548). Polish coin of the Jagiellon dynasty. Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian charging knight) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: COIN:SIGIS, DI, 1520. Reverse: crowned Polish eagle; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription: + MAGNI:DVCIS:LI, ANIE.:., 1521. Grand Duchy of Lithuania; minted in Vilnius.
