Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: TA:SIGISMV, DI:15Z0. Reverse: crowned Polish Eagle; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: MA, I:DVCI, TVA, IE. Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilnius.
