Obverse: Pursuer (emblem of Lithuania) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: MO, TA:SIGISMV, DI. Reverse: Crowned Polish eagle; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: AGNI:DVCIS:LIT.VANI, 1519. Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilnius.
