Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (king of Poland; 1506–1548). R8 (rarity). Polish coin from the Jagiellonian dynasty. Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms) turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + MO, ETA:SIGISMV, DI:5191. Reverse: Polish crowned eagle; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription: + MAG, I:DVCIS:LITVA, IE:. Date: 1508–1529. Place: Vilnius, Grand Duchy of Lithuania (Poland).
