Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (king of Poland; 1506–1548). Silver coin (half-grosz), 1527. Obverse: Pursuer (Lithuanian emblem) turned left; rim between pearl borders with inscription '+ MONETA, MVNDI, 15Z7'. Reverse: Crowned Polish eagle; rim between pearl borders with inscription 'MAGNI:SIGIS:LITVAN, 1527'. Emblems: eagle and pursuer. Polish–Lithuanian (Jagiellon) period.
