Lithuanian half-grosz, Sigismund I the Old (king of Poland; 1506–1548). Polish coin of the Jagiellonian dynasty; coats of arms include eagles and the Chaser (Lithuania). Obverse: Chaser turned left; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription: + MON:SIGISMVNDI. Reverse: Polish crowned eagle; in the rim between pearly borders an inscription: + MAGNI, CIS:LIT, ANI, 1527. Poland, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilnius. R8 (rarity).
