Obverse: Pogon (Lithuanian mounted knight) turned left; inscription in rim between pearl-shaped borders: + MO ISMVNDI ZZ. Reverse: Polish crowned eagle; inscription in rim between pearl-shaped borders: AGNI DVCIS LITVA, 1522. Associated with the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Poland; struck in Vilnius.
