Szelag by Ernest Pfahler, from the Wislica hoard (numism.). Silver coin (szelag), Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg, 1619–1640. Obverse: Prussian eagle with crowned letter S on its chest; in rim between borders an inscription beginning with a heart — the hallmark .GE, H.MAR.BR., RIEL. Reverse: monogram composed of letters GW; in rim between borders an inscription beginning with a rosette, divided by the Hohenzollern coat of arms, LIDVS.PR - VSS, 1619–1640. Features: eagles, rosettes, Hohenzollern (coat of arms); axis 0°, diameter 16.3 mm, weight 0.53 g.
