Ducat, David Koch. Male portrait of George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640) — iconography: coats of arms. Obverse: bust turned right with long hair, pointed beard and mustache, wearing a ducal mitre, collar and electoral mantle; the figure's head divides the inner border and the rim. Inscription in the rim: GEORG.WILH:D:G.MAR.BRA.SRIARCHIC.E.EL. Reverse: under the ducal mitre a five-field coat of arms shield, with the date numerals 16 - 39 on both sides of the shield; below, separated by a shield, the letters D - K. Rim inscription divided by the mitre: .MONE:NOVA.AVREA.DVCIS.PRVSS::. Date: 1639. Place: Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 23.8 mm, weight 3.45 g, axis 180°.
