Obv: Bust in decorative armor girded with a sash turned right. In his right hand a sceptre, the left resting on a sword hilt. On the sides of the figure, whose head divides the inner rim of the date numeral 1621. In the rim between the borders, an inscription beginning and ending with a rosette GEORG.WILHELMVS.V., .M., BRAN. Rev: Under the ducal mitre, a five-field coat of arms shield with ornaments. On the rim between the borders an inscription divided by a mitre and ending with a heart DHRRERT.CVCHVRF.IPZGCBH. Date: 1621. Place: Königsberg, Ducal Prussia (1525–1701). Object: coin; diameter 29.3 mm; weight 6.54 g; axis 320°. Maker/Subject: George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640). Style/iconography: coats of arms, male busts in armor.
