The figure's head divides the inner border. On the rim between the borders, an inscription ending with a heart: .GEORG:WILHELMVSV., GMZBRAN. Rev. Under the ducal mitre, a five-field coat of arms shield with ornaments. On the rim between the borders an inscription divided by a mitre and ending with a heart: DHRRERT.CVCHVR., .IPZGC.BH, 1621. Subject: George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640). Place and date: Ducal Prussia, Königsberg, 1621.
