One-and-a-half thaler; Ernest Pfahler. George William of Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640). Obverse: Under the ducal mitre, a five-field heraldic shield; below in the shield the value numeral. In the rim between the borders an inscription separated by the mitre and the value numeral. Reverse: Royal orb with a cross whose arms terminate in fleurs-de-lis; in the lower part of the orb the value numerals 24; on the sides of the cross the date numerals 2- and -. In the rim between the borders an inscription divided by a cross and a heart (hallmark) NO. DVC. PRVS., 1626. Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Coin: diameter 19.0 mm; weight 1.10 g; axis 160°.
