One-and-a-half (currency). Maker: Ernest Pfahler. Material/Type: coin (Ducal Prussia, Königsberg), 1626. Diameter 19.4 mm; weight 1.01 g; axis 130°. Obverse: Under the ducal mitre, a five-field heraldic shield—below in the shield the value numeral '3.' In the rim between the borders an inscription separated by the mitre and the value numeral GE.WI.MA - .IE]. Reverse: Royal orb with a cross whose arms terminate in fleurs-de-lis; in the lower part of the orb the value numerals '24'; on the sides of the cross the date numerals '2-6.' Rim inscription divided by a cross and a heart—the hallmark MONE.NO. - DVC.PRVS, 1626. Iconography: cross, orb of rule, coats of arms. Historical attribution: George William Hohenzollern (Elector of Brandenburg; Duke of Prussia; 1620–1640).
