Obv. A standing figure in armour turned right with a sword at his left side, with his right hand resting on his hip, the left on the sword hilt. On his head is a ducal mitre. The figure divides a double inner border and a rim. In the rim, between the borders, the inscription GEORG.FRID:D:G - .M. - BR:DVX.PRVSS: Circles between the words. Rw. Prussian Eagle, on its chest a crowned letter S. On the rim between the borders an inscription beginning with the mint mark MONE:NOVA.AV, EA.DVCA:PRVSS. 1587.
