Schilling; Maciej Grosz, publisher; Jost Ludwik Decjusz (fl. 1528–1535). Silver coin (grosz), 1544, Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg. Obverse: Prussian eagle; on its chest a crowned letter S; on the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with a trefoil (mirror-image N) 'ALB, D, G*MAR*BRAN*DVX*PRVSS'. Reverse: male bust in armour in profile turned right; short hair, long pointed beard with sideburns; on the rim, between beaded rims, an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern shield 'VSTVS*EX*FIDE*VIVIT*I544*'. Diameter 23.2 mm; weight 1.90 g; axis 315°.
