Albrecht Hohenzollern (Prince of Prussia; 1490–1568) — coin, 1541, Königsberg, Ducal Prussia (1525–1701). Obverse: Prussian eagle, on its chest the crowned letter S; rim between pearl-shaped borders with an inscription beginning with a trefoil ALBER*D*G*, R*BRAN*DVX*PRVSS. Reverse: male bust in armor in profile turned to the right; short hair, long beard with sideburns; inner border divided by Hohenzollern shield and rim inscription beginning *IVSTVS*EX*FIDE*VIVIT*I54I*. Iconography includes eagles, Hohenzollern coat of arms, male busts in armor. Coin diameter 24.2 mm, weight 1.83 g, axis 45°. Makers/attribution: Grosz, Schilling, Maciej; R0 (rarity).
