Obverse: Prussian eagle, on his chest a crowned letter S; in the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette ALBER*D*G*MAR*BRAN*DVX*PRVS. Reverse: male bust in armor in profile turned to the right, short hair, beard with sideburns; on the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern coat of arms: *IVSTVS*EX*FIDE*VIVIT*I535*.
