Obverse: Prussian eagle, on its chest a crowned letter S; in the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette ALBER*D, MAR*BRAN*DVX, RVS. Reverse: male bust in armor in profile turned to the right, short hair, beard with sideburns; in the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with the Hohenzollern coat of arms — trefoil-shaped interword marks IV, VS EX FID, VIT I535.
