Obverse: Prussian eagle bearing on its chest the crowned letter S; on the rim between pearl borders an inscription beginning with a tower (the mint master's mark); between the words one dot each: ALBERTVS DG DVX PRVSSIE. Reverse: letter A beneath the Hohenzollern family coat of arms, with one rosette on both sides of the letters; on the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette; between the words one rosette: SOLIDVS PRVSSIE 156O. Portrait/subject: Albrecht Hohenzollern (Prince of Prussia; 1490–1568).
