On the rim, between the pearl borders, an inscription beginning with a tower — the mint master's mark; between the words one dot, LBERTVS, DG DVX PRVSSIE. Rev.: the letter A, under which the heraldic shield of the Hohenzollerns; on both sides of the letter, one rosette. In the rim, between the pearl borders, an inscription beginning with a rosette; one rosette between the words, SOLIDVS PRVSSIE 1557. 1557; Ducal Prussia (1525–1701), Königsberg.
