On the rim, between the pearl borders, an inscription beginning with a tower — the mint master's mark; between the words one dot: ALBERTVS DG DVX PRVSSIE. Rev.: the letter A, below which the heraldic shield of the Hohenzollerns; on both sides of the letter, one rosette. In the rim between the pearl borders an inscription beginning with a rosette; one rosette between the words: SOLIDVS PRVSSIE 1557. 1557, Königsberg, Ducal Prussia (1525–1701).
