Obverse: Bust of Sigismund Augustus in a crown with a longer beard; rim inscription SIGIS AVG REX POLO MD LIT, rim interrupted by the king's crown; pearl rim. Reverse: Under the ducal mitre, a decorative shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania, Kiev, Samogitia, Volhynia, and the Sforza family; date 1560 shown as 15 60 on the sides of the mitre; rim inscription MONE AVRE MAG DVCAT LIT, rim interrupted by the mitre; pearl rim. 1560, Vilnius, Poland; coin, diameter 22 mm, weight 3.45 g.
