Obverse: crowned male bust in armour turned right, separating the rim inscription at the top: SIGIS.AVG.REX.PO.MDLI. Reverse: value number III below which the inscription in three lines: .GROSS.AR./.TRIPL.MAG./DVCA.LITVA extending to the Lithuanian Pogon (chase) and dividing the year 15–47 (1547). Subjects/details: royal bust, coats of arms, Pogon (Lithuanian coat of arms), male busts. Diameter ca. 21.3–22.0 mm; weight 2.66 g.
